Cards are in the air for the final flight of the TPC Main Event and the prize pool officially pushed over $1,000,000 with a short trip to the next milestone.
The Poker Room is already buzzing and we expect that to continue into the afternoon and evening hours.
The third and final flight of the TPC Main Event is ready to go in the Poker Room and it will be a huge day. The tournament beat its $300,000 guarantee during the first flight, crept close to seven digits yesterday, and they put the prize pool over $1,000,000 even before cards fly for Flight C.
A great number that will only grow throughout the day.
Main Event players start with 30,000 deep stacks and levels are 40-minutes long until the final table. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 10 at 7 pm following the dinner break. They will continue to play through 14 levels and survivors will return tomorrow for Day 2 at noon.

Fernando Rodriguez
Fernando Rodriguez has been riding a heater over the past few months with a lot of big results. Since December, he has earned nearly $350,000 and eyeing another deep run in the TPC Main Event.
Rodriguez closed out 2020 with a fourth-place finish in the December Tampa Winter Poker Open Main Event, followed that up with a win the massive opener during the Lucky Hearts Poker Open in Hollywood for $200K, and finished second in the TPC Event 1 last week. In between, Rodriguez also picked up wins in Sarasota and Jacksonville.
In today’s news, Rodriguez is up among the leaders in Flight B with 280,000 nearing the final break.

The numbers are in and Flight B was officially another big day in the Poker Room. The second of three Main Event flights drew 308 entries to put the combined total at 508 with one more, big Saturday session remaining.
The prize pool is already up to $787,400 and it will cross over $1,000,000 before cards go in the air for Flight C tomorrow at 11 am.
$1,700 TPC Main Event (Re-Entry) $300,000 Guaranteed | Structure Level 10: 500/1,500 with a 1,500 ante Entries: 306 (Total: 506)
Antonio Cristallini
The dinner break is complete, players are back in their seats, and registration closed for the second of three Main Event flights. The clock shows 306 entries but there are a few late players picking up their chips. We will post the numbers as soon as they are official.
It wasn’t hard to find our leader during the break. Antonio Cristallini is visiting from the fridged Northeast and having a good day. He returned to a castle worth 323,500 for a clear lead over the rest of the field. To put it in perspective; if he didn’t win or lose a single chip over the next five levels, that number is good enough for a top ten Day 2 stack.
