While the huge Day 2 field played down for Event 1, we had a nice $150 Turbo running alongside. The tournament drew 75 entries and SHRP Tampa regular Wally Maddah won the title along with $3,400.

The tournament paid out the last 10 players and it played down like the turbo format it was and the final table was stacked full of our regular players including Scott Caracciolo, Brandon Byars, Herbert Woodbery, and Jeremy Becker.

In the end, Maddah defeated Caracciolo heads up with against and the trophy was his. This is his 78th recorded cash in our room, tops among all players.

Registration closed for the Sunday September Super Stacks Turbo and it drew 75 entries to make it a clean $10,000 prize pool. The last ten spots will be paid with $300 for a min-cash and $3,400 up top for the champion.

If you missed out on the big Event 1 play down, you still have a chance to win a trophy tonight. Super Stacks Event 2 is a $150 Turbo game with a $10,000 guarantee and snappy structure.

Players start with 20,000 stacks and all levels last 15 minutes. Late registration is available until the start of Level 9 at 8:15 pm with unlimited re-entries available during that time. Since this is a one-day tournament, we will had out a Super Stacks trophy when they are done.

Cards go in the air at 6 pm and we will hit their highlights along the way.
