Corey Thompson

On the third hand of the bubble, Arkadiy opened to 15,000 from under the gun and Jake Dollinger called on the button. Corey Thompson moved all in from small blind for 30,000, Tsinis reshipped for 91,000 and Dollinger folded.

Tsinis: AcKs
Thompson: KhKc

Thompson was in great shape for a bubble double but Tsinis paired his ace on the Ah9h5d flop. The 6d turn and 7s river finished the board and Thompson was eliminated on the bubble.

$2,200 High Roller: John McNulty Eliminated Near the Bubble

$100,000 Guarantee | Structure | Payouts
Level 17:  2,500/5,000 with a 5,000 ante
Players Remaining:  29 of 173

John McNulty

After Peter Vitantonio opened and Brad Albrinck raised from the button, John McNulty cold four-bet jammed for 59,500 from the big blind. Vitantonio reshipped to get a fold from Albrinck.

Vitantonio: AsKh
McNulty: AcQs

McNulty was in trouble with his out kicked ace and Vitantonio moved further ahead on the Kc6s4s flop. The board finished 8s turn and 6c river to send McNulty out near the money bubble.

Meanwhile, at another table, it looks like A.J. Kelsall has taken the lead in the tournament and having a good with 547,500 sitting out front.

$2,200 High Roller: Steven Veneziano Leads on Break

Steven Veneziano

The $2,200 High Roller was sent on break no long after it reached the last four tables of the tournament. With the stacks getting deeper, we expect play to slow down as they near the money bubble.

Steven Veneziano looks like the current leader with 340,000 heading into Level 16 and they should hit the money before too long.

Get in, get out, get ready for the next High Roller. That seems to be the early pattern for some players this afternoon as the tournament is quickly down to 48 players in less than an hour.

A peek around the last few tables found WSOP and WPT Champion James Calderaro, five-time WSOP Circuit ring winner (and Event 5 champ) Arkadiy Tsinis, Las Vegas WSOPC High Roller winner Brett Apter, and Foxwoods WSOPC High Roller champ Brock Wilson among the many talented players still in the game.
