The day has come to crown the WPTDeepStacks Main Event champion. From 659 starters, only nine remain and a familiar Tampa face contending for the top count — Jeff Trudeau.

Trudeau headlines with a stack of 4,650,000 and has sights on a $120,842 first prize inclusive of a $3,000 WPTDeepStacks Championship package. It will be a tough road to the victory, though, with a talented, deep-stacked table between him and a title including chip leader Dan Chalifour.

A starting field of 659 entries is narrowed to the final nine in the WPTDeepStacks Tampa Main Event.

Leading the last playing session is a Tampa regular and Florida standout, Jeff Trudeau. Trudeau holds 4,650,000 chips and is adding to a poker resume that already boasts more than $1,400,000 in earnings and 18 tournament wins.

Rounding out the final table big stacks are Dan Chalifour in second with 3,555,000 an Saj Illikal in third with 2,530,000.
