Wally Maddah, 2022 PPO Mixed PLO champion

The last Omaha tournament on the 2022 Pinktober Poker Open drew a talented crowd for the $400 Mix PLO game. We had 38 entries playing four different Pot Limit Omaha variants and Tampa regular Wally Maddah took the title along with $4,780.

They created a prize pool worth $12,730 with the last five players making the money. That meant the tough final table still had to work before they could lock up some money.

Jon Heneghan made his third final table and third cash of the series; he finished second in both the Limit Omaha 8 and H.O.R.S.E. tournaments and took fourth place in this one.

This is Maddah’s third major Tampa title and he made it an even dozen Tampa wins overall.

Congrats Wally!
