Eli Kiwan

In the last pot before the break on Table 19, Eli Kiwan woke up with a monster in the small blind while two other players picked up slightly lesser big hands.

Kiwan tripled up when his all-in with aces was called in two spots, the other two holding pocket kinds. The rockets held and he stacked up to 111,800 while no one else is above 100K.

Mitch Mitchell

We are doing the slow build-up towards the $300,000 guarantee, and they are on pace to slide right past it later today.

For two weeks before the Winter Poker Open, our friends in Hollywood had their Lucky Hearts Poker Open. Two of the players in today’s field picked up titles while in the south; Mitch Mitchell won the $600 Seniors Event, and David Moses won the $1K Deep Stack Turbo.

Now they are here in Tampa trying to do it again and this time in our big one.
