The last preliminary tournament before the 2022 Pinktober Poker Open Championship was a $2,200 tournament with a $100,000 guaranteed prize pool and one-day structure. After a long, talented final table, WSOP and WPT champ James Calderaro took the title after defeating Ken Fishman heads-up.
Calderaro earned $35,350 and a seat in the $400,000 guaranteed PPO Championship.
