Five starting flights are in the books in the Pinktober Poker Open headliner $565 buy-in, $200,000 guarantee and it’s on to Day 2. The total field topped out at 505 entries and it’s narrowed to just 78 remaining following 14 levels of play. They return today at 2pm to jockey for a piece of the $252,500 prize pool that’s spotlighted by a $49,711 top prize. Fernando Rodriguez tops the counts but needs to keep up a break-neck pace versus the likes of Anthony Dianaty, David DiBernardi and John Dolan who are all in the top 25.

Only the top 51 players are set to finish in the money with a min-cash earning $1,352. Play should move a bit to start as Level 15 through 19 remain at 40 minutes before jumping to 60 throughout the rest of the event.

Updates will begin at 2pm and run all the way until there’s a champion. Good luck, players!
