There was a long period at the final table where things were cruising along with no big hands. Then things went sideways.
Eric Morian opened to 100,000 from the hijack and Jeremiah Williams moved all in for 825,000 from the small blind. Morian called to create the first big hand of the final table.

Williams was ahead for the double but Morian hit the flop. Williams had open-ended straight draw outs along with his overs and retook the lead on the turn. The river finished to give Williams the double and put Morian down near the felt.
He found a small double up then saw Hunter Cichy move all in from the button for 755,000. Morian called all in for approximately 250,000 for the small blind and Stephen Bristow slow-peeled his big.
“(Expletive deleted),” Bristow said. “I need a count.”
After hearing the number, he called with a chance for the double knockout.
