Event 3 was a good multi-day tournament to kick off the new week and the four starting flights put 287 entries into the $570 game. It barely blinked at the $100,000 guaranteed prize pool and it ended up at $143,500 by the time registration closed.

Of those 287 entries, only 56 booked their seat into Day 2. Hanish Patel bagged the overall chip lead late in Flight D to barely beat out Flight A leader Fred Paradis. There are plenty of interesting players still in the hunt including Justin Zaki, Bryce McVay, Josias Santos, Derek Bowers, Herbert Woodbery, Jose Reyes, Hunter Cichy, and 2017 WPTDeepStacks Tampa Main Event champ Anthony Astarita.

The last 29 players will earn a piece of the prize pool and they begin playing down once action gets underway at noon.

Top ten returning stacks:

  1. Hanish Patel – 340,000 (85 bb)
  2. Fred Paradis – 338,500 (85 bb)
