Gabe Fuller open-shipped for 1,175,000 from the button and Scott Heiligman quickly called from the small blind.

Fuller: AdKc
Heiligman: 8d8h

They were racing again and Fuller needed to improve to double once again. The QdTh7c flop changed little, the 6c turn left Fuller drawing thin but he paired his ace on the As river.

“I love you,” Fuller joked with the dealer after his third double.

It folded to Gabe Fuller, he moved all in for 875,000 from the small blind and Scott Heiligman quickly called in the big blind.

Fuller: 9c8c
Heiligman: AcQc

Fuller had two live cards and paired his eight on the Jh8h2h flop to take the lead. Neither the 5s turn nor the 9s river changed anything and Fuller doubled again to stay alive in the Championship.

Gabe Fuller – 1,875,000 (15 bb)
Scott Heiligman – 7,600,000 (61 bb)

Gabe Fuller

Action folded to Ryan Hogan in the small blind, he dropped in a bunch of 100K chips and Gabe Fuller called at risk in the big blind for 825,000.

Fuller: 8h8s
Hogan: QdJh

Another big race at the final table and Fuller needed his eights to hold to stay in the game. He took a big step in that direction when he made a set on the 8c4h2c flop. Fuller had a tiny gutshot sweat after the Ts turn but faded the 2d river to double.

Gabe Fuller – 1,750,000 (18 bb)
Ryan Hogan – 4,900,000 (49 bb)

The turn was 8s and both players checked. The river was Th and Vianna De Sa bet 300,000. Hogan thought for several minutes, tossed in a call, and Vianna De Sa showed Ac7h for a ten-high straight. Hogan mucked his cards and Vianna De Sa picked up a nice pot.

Sandro Vianna De Sa – 3,525,000 (35 bb)

The flop was KcJd2s and the two live players quickly checked. The turn was 8c and Heiligman bet 400,000. Hogan thought for a minute before he folded.

Heiligman: JcJh
Hamis: As4s

Heiligman flopped a set of jacks and Hamis was drawing dead to fifth place before the 5d river.

Hogan: AcQc
Medina Diaz: KdJs

Medina Diaz needed to catch to double and took the lead when he made two pair on the KcJc4d flop. His joy was short-lived because Hogan made a club flush on the 4c turn to send Medina Diaz out after the Ah river.

Heiligman: Ac9s
Dees: KhTh

Dees had two live suited cards for a double but Heiligman improved to aces up on the AhQs9h flop. But there was still a sweat for Dees with hearts and a gutshot but he couldn’t catch on the 5d turn or 5c river to go out in seventh place.
