Cianfarra: 7d7h

It was a race and Zaki took the lead on the Js9s8s flop. The 8h turn and Ah river finished the board and Zaki doubled with aces up.

Cianfarra was down to only 400,000 and put those in the middle on the next hand. Paul Snead called from the small blind to put Cianfarra at risk.

Cianfarra: QcTh
Snead: JdTs

Cianfarra was in shape for a needed double and his hand held after the 3c2s2d9hAh run out.

“One time,” Paul Snead said as he checked his cards in the big blind.

“There are only two left,” McVay told Snead after he folded.

McVay: AhAd

The board ran out Ts7s2dKd9d to give Siddharth a small sweat but the Poker Room regular was eliminated in seventh place.

McVay tabled 9d7h for a turned ten-high straight, Ciafarra mucked his hand, and the former leader dropped under 15 big blinds.

Snead: Ks9s

Conklin was ahead for another double but Snead paired his king on the Kd5d2d flop to take the lead. The Jh turn and 6h river could not save Conklin’s Championship and he was eliminated in eighth place.
