Yan Jiang opened to 200,000 from under the gun and Justin Fawcett called on the button. Kyle Sturgis moved all in for 825,000 and Jiang moved all in over the top to get a fold from Fawcett.

Sturgis needed to improve to double up but it was Jaing getting better with a set on the QsJs9c flop. The 7s turn gave Sturgis some spade outs and he got there on the 3s river to double.

Justin Fawcett limped his small blind, Michael Hollander raised to 260,000 from the big and Fawcett moved all in. Hollander thought for a minute and called at risk for 1,600,000.

Another big flip and Hollander needed to improve to double up. He missed the 7h7d2d flop but paired his king on the Kd turn. He made a diamond flush on the Qd river but Fawcett hit a boat to send him out.

Justin Fawcett opened to 120,000 from under the gun, Robert Capote moved all in for about 700,000 and Fawcett called.

Capote tabled pocket nines but was dominated by Fawcett’s aces (and Rafael Reis said he folded a nine). Capote could not catch a miracle and was sent out in eighth place.

Or they weren’t quite sure until the floor was called since Hollander didn’t hear the all-in.

Hollander took the lead on the Jc9h8c flop but Fawcett took it back on the Td turn. The 2s river finished the board and Fawcett had an odd double.
