The Monster Stack flight is taking their next break from the action and the prize pool is nearing $150,000 with an easy path to the $200,000 guarantee.

We have a lot of travelers in town for the series but the fields are still packed with our local regulars. A few we found in the crowd this afternoon include Parm Mehmi, Cheri Beatty, and a ton of others trying to win a ring for the regulars.

Al Krux

The first flight of the Monster Stack is blasting its entry count higher and there 277 in before the first break of the day. That gets the prize pool nearly halfway to the $200,000 guarantee with a long time register and another flight to go.

Two early entries belong to Al Krux and Wally Maddah. Both spend a good amount of time in our tournaments and they are here with a big group of visitors.

Maddah holds the top spot for all-time Seminole Hard Rock Poker cashes and picked up another this morning in the Ultimate Re-Entry.

Krux is a WSOP bracelet winner and he also made three WSOP Main Event final tables. One of those final tables came in the summer of 2004 when Greg Raymer won after the Moneymaker Boom pushed the game to new heights.
