Nashaat Antonious was under the gun and down to only 55,000. He put it in the middle and it folded to Michael McCarthy on the button. He raised to 110,000 and Duff Charette came along from the big blind. Antonious was at risk while McCarthy and Charette played it out for 110,000-chip side pot.

McCarthy hit a pair on the turn and trips on the river to take the lead and eliminate Antonious in 14th place. The elimination comes about eighth hours after Antonious burst the money bubble spiking an ace on the river and eliminating Sean Hampson in dramatic fashion.
