Julio Delgado Reyes won the triple stack event last night, in quick order as play was moving lightning fast on his path to a victory worth $6,955 and the SPS guitar pick trophy. His career earnings are now above $340,000, and he has over a dozen tournament victories.

Here is what he had to say after the win with one of his friends interpreting. “This is what you dream for, thank god to my family and friends to get him to winning.”

And indeed Reyes had many friends on his rail tonight, the most of any final table during the series thus far in fact. “Very well, thank god, we were all united,” said Reyes.

When asked on his plans to celebrate with many of his friends along for the ride, Reyes said, “Nothing special, usually we just go get dinner or something like that, but that’s it.”

Reyes has played many tournaments during the SPS series, and his friends said he plans to play more before things come to a close in a few days time. “I had A-J suited and raised, and my opponent, she reraised with pocket kings, An ace came on the flop, I checked, she moved all in, and I snap-called. That was a big hand because it was for over a million,” said Reyes.
