There has been a third chopped pot in a row between the final two players. This time around both Seth Fischer and Mike Phillips got all in with 8-7 offsuit on a flop reading 9-8-7, and then the run out finished off the board with 5-9.

It’s a statistical outlier for this to have happened this many times in a row heads up, but it has made for an interesting final battle. Fischer is still safely in the lead at 26.57 million, and Phillips holds 4.55 million.
