The wait is almost over; the 2022 WPT Tampa Championship gets underway on Friday at 11 am with the first of two flights. The tournament has a $3,500 buy-in and features a $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool.

We expect a talented group of players to come to town to play in the series’ premier event along with plenty of our regulars sitting side-by-side.

Players start with 50,000 stacks, and all levels last 60 minutes until Day 4. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 9:15 pm, and there is a 90-minute dinner break after Level 6.

Each flight will play 10 full levels and survivors will return on Sunday for Day 2 at noon. They will play into the money on Day 2 and then down the last 24 players on Day 3. Day 4 will finish when we have our WPT final table six and we’ll find our WPT Tampa champ on Day 5.
