Level 10: Blinds 500/1,000/100 ante
Before the blinds went up:
John Godwin got moved from table 9, which was loaded with pros, to table 10 to balance. He thought his new table would be better, but lost half his stack on the first hand after flopping top pair against an overpair.
He’s now on the table with Brian Haas, Archibald McLauchlin, Rob Manjura, Vitor Coelho, and Robert Georato.
Georato (bb) checked the river with a board showing and Manjura fired 2k. After taking some time to think, Georato called. Manjura showed
for Aces-up and Georato mucked.
Before this got posted, table 10 broke and guess what? Jon Godwin got moved back to table 9! “They’re torturing me,” he said. Table 9 will be the next table to break, but who knows how long that will be.

Level 9: Blinds 400/800/75 ante
2010 WSOP Main Event runner-up John Racener arrived with about 9 minutes left in the level and about 25k left of his 30k starting stack, which was being blinded off.
He wasted no time getting in the action, 3-betting his first hand on the button and taking the pot without a fight.
