Dubay: JcJs
Schenk: AhKd

Schenk needed to catch his over cards but the dealer kept it low on the Td8h5d2h9s board. Schenk was down to a single big blind and was eliminated on the next hand.

Level 19: 4,000/8,000 with a 1,000 ante
Players Remaining: 18 of 145

Wally Maddah

It took 27 rounds of hand-for-hand play, but the Seniors Classic Rockers bubble boy was none other than Seminole Hard Rock Tampa ambassador Wally Maddah. Maddah got crippled in a boat-versus-boat battle and eventually was down to his final 13,000 at 4,000/8,000 with a 1,000 ante. The small blind limped and Maddah checked in the big blind with 3,000 behind.

Flop: Tc6h4h

The small blind checked and Maddah pump-faked his last 3,000 chips before playfully throwing them in the pot. The small blind called and the hands were tabled.

Small blind: 8s8h for a pair of eights
Maddah: 6d2d for a pair of twos

The turn and river brought no help and Maddah was eliminated on the stone bubble.

Here’s a look at what the remaining players are jockeying for:

1st – $5,809 + Championship seat
2nd – $3,197
3rd – $1,841
4th – $1,550
5th – $1,163
6th – $969
7th – $775
8th – $581
9th – $436
10th-12th – $388
13th-15th – $339
16th-18th – $291

Classic Rockers: Defending Champion Bo Bloom Eliminated

$180 Seniors Classic Rockers 50+ (Re-Entry)
Level 17: 2,500/5,000 with a 500 ante
Players Remaining: 20 of 145

Defending Seniors Classic Rockers event champion Bo Bloom just busted in a three-way all-in. Lenny Rubin had opened to 15,000 and Mike Simone jammed for 16,000 from the cutoff. Bloom called as did Rubin.

The flop fell Js9c3h. Rubin bet and Bloom moved all-in. Rubin snapped and the hands were flipped.

Simon: 9s9h for a set
Rubin: AhAd for an overpair
Bloom: KsJc for top pair

The runout didn’t improve any player and earned Simon the main pot and a triple-up. Rubin’s overpair won the side pot while Bloom was rendered a rail bird.

With that, the defending champion has been eliminated and the money bubble is right around the corner.

Classic Rockers: Three Tables Remain

$180 Seniors Classic Rockers 50+ (Re-Entry)
Level 15: 1,500/3,000 with a 500 ante
Players Remaining: 26 of 145

Under 27 players remain and those still in combined to the final three tables just a few moments ago. With stacks shallowing, an unknown player busted 27th. In the hunt and chipping up is Seminole Hard Rock Tampa ambassador Wally Maddah.

Only the top 18 finish in the money and the bubble is right around the corner.

Here’s the final three tables at a glance:

Table 1
Table 2
Table 3

Recent eliminations from the event include the husband and wife duo of Shari and Amelio Amato.

Classic Rockers: New Tablemates

Bo Bloom (left) and Andre Boyer

A table broke shortly after cards went back in the air following the 30-minute dinner break. As luck would have it, two of the more notable players still in are seated right next to eachother. In Seat 9 is defending champion Bo Bloom while World Series of Poker bracelet winner and current chip leader Andre Boyer is on his direct left in Seat 10.

With 39 players still in the action, the money is far away yet with only the top 18 earning a score.

Classic Rockers: WSOP Bracelet Winner Andre Boyer Leads at Dinner

Andre Boyer

Andre Boyer earned a World Series of Poker gold bracelet during the summer of 2015 winning $250,000 in a $1,500 six-max event. Now, just about 18 months later, he’s in search of a guitar to complement his bracelet and is in great position. Boyer holds over 200,000 chips and leads the way in the Classic Rockers.

Players are currently on a 30-minute dinner break with cards going back in the air at about 6pm.
