A few notables still in contention include Michael Rossi, former Pinktober Poker Open Champion Matthew Leecy, Nicole Diaz, Josias Santos, Alan Thomas, and Steve Blackmon.

Yan Jiang

After a much longer process than previous flights, it took some time for Flight E to reach the money bubble. And then they burst it with one hand.

We had 19 players advance to Day 2 on Sunday and Yan Jiang put together the biggest bag of the day with 520,000. We will post the complete chip count list as soon as it is available.

The last flight gets underway tomorrow at 10 am.

Flight E has reached the stage where the other flights finished up but they are taking their time. After an extended period of zero eliminations, the field is finally down to the last three tables and now they need to get to 19 players to advance.

Event 1 Flight E: Shane Dellus and Yan Jiang Tops at Break

Shane Dellus

Action slowed to a crawl after they reached five tables and 33 players were still around when the (probably) last break came around. There’s still a bit of work to get done before their day is through.

Shane Dellus is the new leader with 249,000 while Yan Jiang is close on his tail with 242,000.

Karl Manouchakian

Flight E is down to the last five tables with 38 players trying to make a bag for Day 2. And trying to make some cash for doing it.

Karl Manouchakian has made it into the money in more of our tournaments than anyone else and trying to add another. Tony March, our favorite philanthrope, will have to take another shot when he fell short after registration closed.
